The 6th Annual Nostalgia Nights Car Show hosted by The St. Thomas Downtown Development Board (DDB) will be taking place this Saturday (July 6) in downtown St. Thomas. The free event will be running from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. along Talbot Street. The show will see unique classic cars on display and over 22 vendors planned to be set up in Creators Alley in Hepburn Parkette.
A live band and DJ will be set up in front of City Hall where music will be played throughout the entire event. Food will be available from The Optimist Club of St. Thomas, Domino’s Pizza, as well as through a BBQ being put on by Holy Angels’ Parish.
Chair of The DDB Earl Taylor says they are expecting roughly 1000 cars to be on display during the event.
Taylor says free train rides will also be available from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the L&PS train that will be running hourly. This is a first come first serve activity with minimum tickets available.
This event also gives you the opportunity to check out what the downtown has to offer while also participating in the Poker Run by visiting local merchants to collect a winning poker hand.
