Green Party of Ontario Leader and Guelph MPP Mike Schreiner will be making a stop in St. Thomas tonight as part of his Clean & Caring Economy Tour. Tonight (July 8) around 6:30 p.m. Schreiner will be having an informal meet and greet and will also be taking a site tour of The Atrium where the event is being held. The relatively new local enterprise at 26 Princess Ave which provides a collaborative office and workspace for entrepreneurs is said to be the ideal location to light the Green Party’s support for innovative solutions to nurture knowledge-based small businesses in a clean, caring economy.
St. Thomas is 1 of the 15 cities Schreiner will be visiting across Ontario to talk about his plan to build a bridge to the future, create jobs in a clean economy from transit to clean tech, while also solving the climate emergency.
The event is open to all Elgin-Middlesex-London residents who wish to attend.
