A traffic stop on Talbot Line near Quaker Road early Saturday morning (July 13) resulted in 4 people being arrested. The OPP stopped the vehicle they say was stolen around 4 a.m. and arrested 25 year old Michael Scott from London.
Scott is facing a total of 5 charges including operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order, among others. Scott was held for a bail hearing.
Three other people in the vehicle were also arrested, two on outstanding warrants and the other was released unconditionally.
Additional charges are pending the completion of the investigation.
