A 43 year old St. Thomas was arrested on Wednesday morning (July 31) after he was allegedly not at his residence when officers arrived for a compliance check. The male had been released on charges of break and enter, uttering threats, resisting arrest and breaching release charges and has a court mandated nightly curfew.
Police arrived on scene for a compliance check and were told by his roommate that he had not been home all night. As police were getting ready to leave, they say the male arrived home on his bicycle.
Police took the man into custody and charged him with an additional breaching release charge. He was held for a court appearance.
