Work continues to restore Telecom service to an undetermined number of customers following a cable
cut on Wednesday on Centre Street.
Manager of Capital Works for the City of St. Thomas Patrick Anckaert says the cut was not due to city work.
Anckaert says both landlines and internet service are affected and it could be another two full days before the cable is fully repaired by the telecom contractor. He adds that the city will be reviewing how the incident occured.
