The St. Thomas Police Service are investigating after a truck and trailer was stolen from Kettle Creek Landscaping last night around 1 a.m. Police are reporting that a 2006 Ford F350 stolen from London was used to ram through the front gates of the business to gain entry. After entering the premises they back into the facility’s shop doors and were able to gain access to multiple sets of keys where they then stole a 2017 F250 owned by Kettle Creek Landscape.
The truck that was stolen also had a trailer attached that contained two Walker lawn mowers. At the time of the theft the attached license plate on the truck read AW15199 and the trailer had licence plate R9112E. The stolen truck also has Kettle Creek Landscaping decals on the doors and on the tailgate.
The stolen truck used to gain entry to the facility was seized by STP, where it is currently being processed by the Forensic Identification Unit.
