The case of the body discovered near Port Burwell in May continues.
Chad Reu-Waters of Jarvis who is facing a first-degree murder charge has had his case adjourned to September 17th to allow the defence more time-made.
Reu-Waters next appearance will be the same day as his son, Samuel Waters, who’s been charged with committing an indignity to a body.
The body of Ashley Max Domenic Pereira, who disappeared 17 years ago, was found in a freezer east of Port Burwell.
