The St. Thomas Express Volleyball Club is gearing up for the start of their season as all team registrations are now open. The club offers teams for kids of all skill types from Competitive Volleyball to Grassroots and House Leagues. Boys and girls as young as 5 years old are able to try their hand at volleyball in the beginner and noncompetitive leagues like grassroots, where they will be taught the fundamentals of volleyball to prepare them to move up into select and competitive teams.
St. Thomas Express President and Co-founder Dennis Dlouhy says they teach much more than just volleyball to their athletes.
Grassroots and House League team registrations are now officially open for those who wish to try their hand at volleyball for the first time or who are looking to improve their skills to move onto competitive volleyball.
