GreenLeaf Productions Inc. has received a standard processing and sale for medical purposes licence from Health Canada. The license through the Cannabis Act will now allow the company to sell their extracted Cannabis oil to other licensed manufacturers.
The St. Thomas company has received one of only 157 licenses in Canada.
President Mike Hodgson says that the licence will allow them to do business from coast to coast.
Hodgson says that they are just putting the finishing touches on equipment installations and expect to be doing the full extraction process by the end of this month. GreenLeaf Productions Inc. is located at 3 Barrie Blvd in St. Thomas.
