Two people are facing charges after the St. Thomas Police found them inside a vacant home on Trafalgar Street on Thursday morning (September 19). Officers investigated and found that the 40 year old woman and the 38 year old man did not have a connection to the home or permission to be there.
The two were taken into custody without incident. The woman was charged with one count of unlawfully being in a dwelling and two counts of breaching release conditions.
The man is also facing a charge of unlawfully being in a dwelling.
