A 25 year old St. Thomas man has been charged with sexual assault following a report to police. The St. Thomas Police Service received a call regarding a sexual assault shortly after midnight on Sunday (Oct 6). Police investigated the report and as a result a 25 year old man has been arrested and charged with sexual assault, forcible confinement, uttering threats, criminal harassment and breaching a condition of a previous release document.
It is reported that no injuries were sustained during the assault. Police are not releasing the names of those involved at this time.
