Voting for the myFM Spirit Awards is now closed. Elgin County residents have spent the last 2 weeks voting for their favourite nominees in all of our 50 categories this year. We will now be calculating the votes so we can present our winners with their awards next Friday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the St. Thomas Seniors Centre.
General Manager of 94.1 myFM Samantha Wakefield says everyone is welcome to attend the free event.
Wakefield says that the community always shows so much support for our local businesses.
Wakefield adds that myFM can’t wait to celebrate the best people, places, and things in our community for 2019. The complete list of winners will be announced after our award ceremony on October 25th.
