An off duty St. Thomas Police officer has been charged with domestic assault. The police say that the OPP responded to an alleged domestic incident on the weekend outside of the City. The officer is facing one count of domestic assault.
The police have reassigned the officer to administrative duties. The police will not be releasing anything further on the incident. myFM has reached out to the OPP and will have additional information should it become available.
