A mischief case that occurred on Eagle Street Sunday morning has the St. Thomas Police looking for a suspect. The incident took place around 10 a.m. and police report that witnesses observed a man that was driving a white Sedan stop at a residence on Eagle Street and proceed to smash a window of the vehicle that was parked at the home.
It is reported that the man got out of the car, broke a leg off a chair that was in the front garden of the residence and then proceeded to smash the front drivers side window of the car that was parked in the driveway. The homeowner attempted to confront the man before he fled the area in his vehicle.
Police say the suspect is described as male, darker skin complexion, wearing a dark hoodie underneath a dark coat. If anyone has any information in relation to the incident or the identity of the suspect, you are asked to contact the STPS or Crime Stoppers
