Thames Valley District School Board teachers are part of a Province wide work to rule that will begin on Tuesday. The Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation says that their members across Ontario will begin the administrative job action tomorrow.
The federation also says that members may be setting up information pickets. These could happen either before or after school, or on lunch periods. These pickets will not impact the school day and will also not impact students in the classroom. Information will just be given out to parents and the public.
The work to rule that will be beginning on Tuesday will see a limited withdrawal of services that affects government and school board initiatives only.
The Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario also announced that their members will be starting a work-to-rule job action on Tuesday as well.
