The Elgin County OPP are asking for information from the public after a traffic stop of a stolen vehicle resulted in two men facing crime and drug related charges. Officers located the vehicle on Talbot Line near Carter Road on Wednesday afternoon that they say was stolen.
The OPP along with the Street Crimes Unit conducted a traffic stop which resulted in two men in the vehicle being placed under arrest.
A 39 year old London man is facing possession of methamphetamine, possession of identity document, two counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and 2 counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and driving while suspended.
A 52 year old London man is facing two charges of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
They were both held for bail hearings.
