A 16 year old male from Malahide is facing multiple charges after police say he was secretly taking photos of females in public. On December 11, 2019 the Aylmer Police launched an investigation into the report that the male had been taking surreptitious photos of females in a public place on Talbot Street in Aylmer.
Police executed 3 search warrants as a result of the report and officers seized a cell phone and computer from the male. The St. Thomas Police Service assisted in the investigation by examining the seized items that ultimately revealed images of child pornography.
As a result of these findings, the 16 year old Malahide male has been charged with Voyeurism and possession of child pornography.
