The Kettle Creek Conservation Authority is accepting tree orders for the spring.
They are offering 2 planting programs for watershed residents this spring.
Landowners planting more than 200 trees can order seedlings from them for 25 cents
Or if a landowner is planting more than 500 trees the cost covers planting by Kettle Creek Conservation Authority staff and weed control.
They say that more discounts could be available for larger planting through Forest Ontario’s 50 million tree program.
You have to be living in the watershed to qualify.
