The 4th annual Southwold Winterfest is taking place this Saturday (Feb 8) at the Keystone Complex in Shedden. Beginning at 1 p.m. everyone is invited to participate in family friendly activities including wagon rides, giant Jenga and a bonfire. Other activities taking place include snow golf hosted by The Bluffs Golf Course, a kids outdoor play zone by Timbernook Elgin, face painting with Dotsy’s from 2 to 4 p.m. and so much more.
Back by popular demand this year is the crock pot cook-off, which will start at 4:30 p.m., and the Birds of Prey Demonstration by Mike Shore, at 4 p.m.
The fun filled day will end with fireworks taking place at 7 p.m. and an evening barn dance featuring Cole Higgs and Connor Wilson beginning at 8 p.m.
