MPP and Ontario Liberal leadership candidate Michael Coteau made a stop in St. Thomas on Monday for a meet and greet and question and answer session. The evening event that was held at the Atrium saw Coteau outline his plans for the future of Ontario and the steps he hopes to take to be elected as the Ontario Liberal Leader and ultimately run against Doug Ford and the Conservatives in the 2022 election.
Coteau says a big reason why he’s running for the Liberal Leadership position is because he believes he can help position the province to be successful.
Coteau also spoke about his plan for southwestern Ontario during the visit saying “As Liberal leader and Premier, I am committed to working with London, St. Thomas and other southwestern Ontario communities to accelerate their growth, create new jobs, fuel entrepreneurship, increase prosperity and share it with more working people and their families.”
