The Elgin County OPPs search for a missing snowmobiler has ended after the person was found deceased early this morning. The OPP were called to the area of Munro Line around 12:25 a.m. this morning (Feb 10) following the report of a missing snowmobiler.
The OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) members were called in to assist Elgin County officers in the search. At around 7:35 a.m. officers located the missing snow machine and the deceased person.
Police have identified the individual as 52-year-old Brad Jackson of Southwold.
Bush Line was closed to traffic between Oneida Road and Boxall Road all morning.
