Elgin County’s latest guests will be making a big splash tomorrow at the 6th annual Polar Bear Dip for Childcan. Cast and crew from the Apple TV series “See”, which is currently filming at the old psychiatric hospital, will be making the plunge into Lake Erie to support local families that are dealing with a childhood cancer diagnosis.
The team which was started by Kim Fardy who is Jason Momoa’s stunt double in “See” as well as “Aquaman” has already raised just under $12,000, with $5000 of that coming from Momoa himself.
Momoa is not yet confirmed to be one of the jumpers but cast members including Archie Madekwe will be there. The event is open to the public, however it is not too late to put a team in and jump into Port Stanley’s Little Beach with the cast and crew from “See”. Dippers will meet at the Masonic Centre at 10 a.m. where they will then be bussed to the beach before the dip takes place at 11 a.m.
