Everyone one can get COVID-19, young, or old, as people under the age of 50 make up a significant amount of confirmed cases.
The best defence against COVID-19 is social distancing which is why its recommended that people stay home.
Other ways to help stop the spread include: washing hands for a minimum of 20 seconds, coughing or sneezing into tissues or elbows, avoid touching your face, and clean well used surfaces more frequently
