April is ‘Be a Donor Month,’ and perhaps there’s been no better time to remind people of the importance of being an organ donor.
That’s according to CEO and President of Trillium Gift of Life Network Ronnie Gavsie, who says what’s transpired over the last weeks and months re-ignites the organ donation conversation.
After all, one person, Gavsie says, can save a lot of lives.
She adds it’ll be interesting to see if there will be an increase in registration this month, as the world dealing with COVID-19 has resurfaced the human condition to help others.
