To help kick start the local economy, the St. Thomas Economic Development Corporation is launching its #stthomasproud packages. The pair of gift packages not only feature some of the best items produced in the region as a way of supporting local businesses, they pay tribute to the #stthomasproud marketing campaign unveiled five years ago.
EDC CEO Sean Dyke says profit from sales of the packages will go to the food bank.
He says the two packages, one contained in a backpack, the other in a duffel bag, include a variety of items, from soup and coffee to spices and gift cards. They are on sale now for $119.99. For more information, visit stthomasproud.com.
