For Donna Lunn of Malahide, the premise behind Harvest Bowl is an ingenious equation. Connect surplus produce from local farmers to area food banks via a dehydration process to create a dry soup mix.
After a lengthy shutdown due to COVID-19 restrictions, Lunn is now able to access the community centre in Lyons to resume production.
A possible next step, says Lunn, is making the soup mix available to consumers.
