St. Thomas Police officers administered two rounds of Narcan to an unconscious 38-year-old woman around 11:30 Saturday night after she went unconscious in a Wellington Street parking lot. Friends who had been with the woman advised police she had taken illicit drugs and had accidentally overdosed.
The woman was transported to St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital by ambulance.
