St. Thomas Minor Baseball has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 House League season.
The Board of Directors met virtually Wednesday night and based on many factors that were discussed, came to the agreement that it would be to difficult to put teams on the field as a result of current government and public health restrictions.
With city fields still closed to team activities and maximum gathering sizes at 10, it would make the logistics of running a House League season extremely difficult.
The Board added that although the announcement is not one they wanted to make, baseball will be played in the future and they cannot wait until we hear baseball echo through St. Thomas again.
St. Thomas Minor baseball will be issuing refunds to all House League registrants following the completion of a Request for Refund form that can be found on their website under Forms.
