The Aylmer Police have charged a 36 year old resident following a complaint of a historic sexual assault reported by a female from Aylmer.
Police report that an investigation revealed that between 2011 and 2017, the 36 year old male from Aylmer sexually assaulted the female minor on several occasions at a residence in Aylmer.
Police did reveal that the accused and the victim are known to each other.
As a result of the investigation, the male has been charged with Four counts of sexual interference, Four counts of sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age and Four counts of sexual exploitation.
