There is an immediate need for blood as demand continues to rise.
Canadian Blood Services is back in St. Thomas this week following a very successful blood drive last month, the first one in the city since the COVID-19 pandemic halted them across the country.
The blood donation drive will be taking place over 2 days on Tuesday, July 14th and Wednesday, July 15th at the St. Thomas YMCA. These blood drives will be running from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. both days, however an appointment is required to help ensure physical distancing.
