The St. Thomas Police are investigating following a robbery that took place Wednesday night behind the Canadian Railway Museum.
Police report that 2 teens were confronted by 2 unknown males on the walking trail behind the museum. It’s alleged that 1 of the suspects yelled at the teens while the 2nd suspect pushed and stole the courier style bag that one of the teens was carrying.
The 1st suspect is described as being in his 20’s wearing a baseball hat, blue face mask, approximately 5’7 and heavy set with long dark blonde hair, however the teens were not able to provide a description of the second male.
The stolen bag is described as a green, over the shoulder courier style bag containing ear buds and a leather wallet which had debit/credit and identification cards belonging to one of the victims.
No injuries were reported as a result of the incident but police do ask that anyone with information comes forward and contacts them or Crime Stoppers.
Police have obtained video footage of the suspects as well as a picture of the vehicle that they left the area in, which can be found below.
