Habitat for Humanity will be returning to St. Thomas this month to build 2 new homes for families in the community.
The 2 new single-family homes will be constructed on Hiawatha Street and will be the 5th and 6th build for Habitat for Humanity in St. Thomas and Elgin County.
CEO of Habitat for Humanity Heartland Ontario Brian Elliot says they have worked closely with the city to help provide affordable housing opportunities to the community.
Elliot says they are currently accepting homeowner applications for the 2 builds that will begin mid September.
