The latest weather data has been collected and August was an interesting month for different parts of Ontario.
Environment Canada shows the southwest and central regions had a lot more rain than normal but parts of the north were extremely dry.
In terms of temperature, Meteorologist Gerald Cheng says August was pretty much in-line with where it usually is.
Looking ahead, Cheng says September is projecting to have fairly normal temperatures as well.
Cheng says August saw some extreme heat early in the month but that also gave way to colder than usual nights.
