For the first time in more than two weeks, Southwestern Public Health is reporting a new, confirmed case of COVID-19. The individual testing positive is a Woodstock resident. The lone case in Aylmer has been resolved, meaning there are still two active cases, one in Bayham and the other in Woodstock.
Both involve males between the ages of 50 and 69.
That brings the number of cumulative cases across the health unit’s coverage area to 255, with 248 resolved.
