The St. Thomas Police are continuing to investigate after a cheque depository at St. Thomas City Hall was broken into back in July.
Police say it is still unknown as to how many cheques were taken from the drop box, however two have surfaced after suspects attempted to cash them.
Suspects tried to cash one of the cheques using an ATM and the other at a cheque cashing business.
Those that may have information in relation to the incident, are asked to contact the STPS or Crime Stoppers.
