With the Thanksgiving weekend upon us, it’s important to know what’s open and closed in St. Thomas and Elgin County.
All municipal buildings, offices, Canada Post as well as banks in both St. Thomas and Elgin County will be closed on Monday (Oct 12).
Most grocery stores in the city will be closed including Walmart, The Real Canadian Super Store, Fresco, Foodbasics, Foodland, Metro, and M & M Food Market, however Briwood Farm Market will be open on Monday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Shoppers Drug Mart at 410 Talbot Street will be open on Thanksgiving from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Both the LCBO and Beer Store in St. Thomas will be closed on Monday.
