The province is reporting 783 new COVID-19 cases this morning with six new cases in the Southwestern Public Health coverage area, including an individual in Aylmer.
The other five confirmed cases are in Oxford.
There are now 12 ongoing cases with four in Tillsonburg, two each in St. Thomas and Ingersoll and single cases in Aylmer, East Zorra-Tavistock, Norwich and Woodstock.
Half of the cases are individuals over the age of 50, with no hospitalizations at this time.
The staff case at Caressant Care on Mary Bucke remains active.
The number of resolved cases remains at 268.
The assessment centre at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital undertook 224 tests Tuesday.
The province is also reporting another five COVID-related deaths.
In total, the coronavirus has now killed more than three-thousand people in Ontario.
