Ontario is reporting 851 new cases of COVID-19 this morning (Monday) while Southwestern Public Health is advising of one new case in its coverage area and four resolved, with no cases currently in St. Thomas.
The number of ongoing cases has dropped to 16, with eight in Woodstock, four in Aylmer, two in Ingersoll and single cases in Tillsonburg and Blandford-Blenheim.
One individual is hospitalized in ICU at this time.
There is an ongoing case involving a staff member at Chartwell Long-Term Care Residence in Aylmer and a new case at Secord Trails in Ingersoll.
Eleven of the cases involve individuals under the age of 50.
The number of resolved cases climbs to 288.
