Wiebe’s Wheels in Aylmer is holding a Food and Toy Drive for the month of November to help support local families.
As the holiday season gets ready to ramp up, Wiebe’s Wheels is hoping to collect non perishable food donations as well new or gently used toys for those that have had a difficult year financially as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Owner Peter Wiebe says they want to support the community who continues to support them.
Wiebe adds that they will also be donating $10.00 from every Winter Service Package that they sell for the month towards the cause.
The Winter Service Package includes an extensive inspection of many components including steering, suspension, exhaust, under-body, lights, brakes, fuel lines, drive belt, wiper blades, coolant test, battery test, brake fluid test, Oil change, and tire rotation or wheel swap to winter.
All non perishable food donations collected will support the Aylmer Corner Cupboard Food Bank, with toy donations being given to the Aylmer Optimist Club who will then distribute them to those in need throughout the community.
Donations can be dropped of at their location at 530 Talbot Street West for the remainder of November.
