The Aylmer Police have announced an additional charge in relation to the “Freedom March” that took place downtown on November 7th.
They report that following further investigation and review of evidence, the Aylmer Police have charged a 37 year old male from Malahide with one count of Failing to comply with the Reopen Ontario Act.
He is set to appear in Provincial Court on the 14th of January 2021.
Previously the police service had only charged the organizer of the event, a 43 year old female from Aylmer, with four counts of Failing to comply with the Reopen Ontario Act.
She is also set to appear in court on January 14th, 2021.
