Southwestern Public Health has identified two more positive cases of COVID-19 at East Elgin Secondary School in Aylmer. This brings to four the number of ongoing cases at the school.
Thames Valley District School Board has notified staff, parents and guardians of all East Elgin Secondary School students. The school will remain open and school buses will continue to operate.
The health unit is currently investigating the case and is in the process of identifying close contacts and following up directly to provide specific testing advice.
