A former St. Thomas resident was arrested and charged by the Internet Child Exploitation Unit of St. Thomas Police on Wednesday after turning himself in. Thirty-two-year-old Brandon Arthur Kersey was charged for allegedly breaching his release conditions.
He was under court conditions to not access or communicate through social media after being charged with several internet child exploitation-related charges. He was held for a court appearance.
Police advise this arrest is not related to the ICE arrest yesterday or to the parental warning issued today (Thursday).
