Norfolk OPP have charged two Aylmer residents following an attempted theft at a Norfolk vehicle dealership.
Police responded to a call about a theft in progress at a Highway 3, Middleton address, where they say a Good Samaritan observed a suspicious person under a vehicle in the parking lot of the dealership and immediately contacted police.
Officers arrived and took two people into custody without incident.
31-year-old Cornelius Berg and 34-year-old Jacob Berg, both of Aylmer, have been charged with theft under $5,000 and destroying or damaging property.
Both are scheduled to appear in Simcoe court at a future date.
