An asymptomatic clinic for all TVDSB staff and students will be held Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Parkside Collegiate. Testing is open as well to children and staff from child care centres in the Thames Valley.
No pre-registration is needed and test results are generally available within 24 to 48 hours on the Ontario COVID-19 portal.
TVDSB Education Director Mark Fisher stresses, “It’s very important for students to continue to follow good public health practices while they are not at school so that we can re-open our schools and return to in-person learning as soon as possible. Families may also wish to consider asymptomatic COVID-19 testing available this week to all Thames Valley students and staff.”
