Now that the weather has gotten warmer, there won’t just be cars and trucks on area roads.
The OPP are advising motorists to watch for the two-wheel variety like motorcycles and bicycles.
Inspector Krista Miller says when approaching a bicycle or motorcycle, drivers should allow them some space.
Miller says cyclists also need to adhere to the rules of the road.
She adds that it is also important to keep an eye out for children with the spring break currently taking place.
Miller says the best advice for operators of any vehicle is to slow down and allow some space when passing.
