A traffic stop that took place in the city of London on April 18th has lead the OPP to a meth lab operating out of a Forest Avenue address in St. Thomas.
The Middlesex OPP say that following the stop, the driver and passenger of the vehicle were taken into custody without incident and members of the Elgin Middlesex Community Street Crime Unit began to investigate, and subsequently executed a search warrant at a Forest Avenue address.
As a result of police findings, 27-year-old Kyle Simmons, 41-year-old, Angela Black and 45-year-old Sarah Payne, all from St. Thomas have been charged.
