Simply Scoops has been a favourite destination in Port Burwell since 1995. The main outlet at 38 Robinson Street should be a must on your things to see and do list, in addition to visiting the beach, HMCS Ojibwa and the lighthouse, which just happens to be across the street from Simply Scoops.
No matter your preference in ice cream, owner Terri Vansevenant assures they have something to satisfy every sweet and savory appetite.
Of course, that’s in addition to their mouth-watering burgers, hot dogs, wraps and fresh-cut fries.
And, don’t forget their second location, conveniently located right on the beach.
Terri has this reminder for the Civic Holiday long weekend. After a coronavirus hiatus, fireworks return to the beach this Sunday, August 1.
She adds, people are looking for a community event so they can come together and enjoy something as families.
