Lori Hoffman of St. Thomas was last year’s winner and Elgin Roofing CEO Pete Hiebert says there is no better time to give back to the community than during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hiebert says the feedback is overwhelmingly positive to this year’s contest, just as it is to their food drive.
