With back to school around the corner, Jaycee’s Pool is preparing for the end of their season with the 4th annual Pooch Plunge this Sunday.
Aquatic Supervisor Samantha Squires explains the premise behind the event for our 4 legged friends.
Smaller dogs who are under 30 pounds will be able to swim from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., with larger dogs over 30 pounds getting to take a dip from 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Squires says it’s always such a fun event for everyone involved.
She adds that there are a few regulations in place in order to attended the event.
Treats, tennis balls and water will be provided at the Pooch Plunge.
You are reminded that this is a cash only event, with admission being $5 per family.
