After issuing a water quality notice more than a week ago, the city is advising incoming water from Lake Erie has stabilized.
High winds churning up Lake Erie 10 days ago led to poor drinking water quality in St. Thomas, Aylmer, Central Elgin and Malahide.
City staff are continuing to flush water mains and when doing this, it is common for sediment to get stirred up.
The easiest remedy is to run the taps in your residence to flush it out.
City staff assure there continues to be no safety concerns with the water quality.
